Frequently Asked Questions

I work with youth players roughly ages 8-18. If you're unsure whether coaching is a good fit for a specific age, reach out on the Contact page and I'll let you know.
Recreational through competitive club and high school players. Coaching is tailored to your current level, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.
My strongest expertise is center backs, defenders, and defensive midfielders — positioning, scanning and awareness, soccer IQ, communication, aerial defending, playing out from the back, long passing, one-v-one defending, and defensive decision-making. I do work with other outfield positions too, but I don't offer specialized goalkeeper coaching.
You submit footage through the Submit Film page — either an upload or a link — along with what you want reviewed. Each review covers up to 60 minutes of footage; full-match footage is welcome, and the analysis will focus on your most important and relevant moments. I break it down and send back tactical feedback on positioning, decisions, and execution.
Most film feedback is delivered within 1-2 business days. Feedback may occasionally be delivered sooner when scheduling allows — during college travel, competition, or exam periods, you'll be notified if the normal turnaround changes.
YouTube, Hudl, Veo, Google Drive, and Dropbox links all work, or you can upload a video file directly.
Live over FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Meet — whichever works best for you. Sessions cover tactical and technical coaching, position-specific advice, and film discussion.
