1. About Next Touch Soccer

Next Touch Soccer provides online soccer-development services, including:

• Virtual coaching sessions
• Game-film and training-video analysis
• Position-specific feedback
• Defensive and center-back education
• Personalized drills and development plans
• Player assessments
• Progress reviews and check-ins
• Educational soccer content

Next Touch Soccer is operated by Cameron Garcia and is based in Miami, Florida.

2. Online-Only Services

Next Touch Soccer currently provides services exclusively online.

Next Touch Soccer does not offer in-person coaching, supervised physical training, transportation, childcare, medical services, physical therapy, athletic training, or emergency assistance.

Virtual sessions may include explanations, film review, tactical education, goal setting, demonstrations, and recommended drills that players can complete independently.

Players and parents are responsible for deciding whether, when, where, and how any recommended activity is performed.

3. Eligibility and Parent or Guardian Consent

You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase services or enter into an agreement with Next Touch Soccer.

Players under 18 may participate only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

The parent or guardian is responsible for:

• Creating or approving the player's account
• Purchasing services
• Scheduling sessions
• Reviewing these Terms and the Privacy Policy
• Approving video and information submissions
• Monitoring communications when appropriate
• Ensuring that information provided about the player is accurate

Children under 13 may not independently:

• Create an account
• Submit personal information
• Upload videos
• Purchase services
• Schedule sessions
• Communicate privately with Next Touch Soccer

A parent or legal guardian must manage the account, communications, purchases, and submissions for any player under 13.

4. Educational Nature of Services

Next Touch Soccer provides soccer education, feedback, analysis, and general player-development guidance.

The services are not:

• Medical advice
• Physical therapy
• Athletic training
• Mental-health treatment
• Nutritional treatment
• Legal or financial advice
• A college recruiting agency
• A professional representation service
• A guarantee of athletic achievement

Cameron Garcia provides coaching based on his playing experience, soccer knowledge, and personal understanding of player development.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Next Touch Soccer does not represent that Cameron Garcia holds professional medical, therapeutic, nutritional, legal, or player-agent credentials.

5. No Guaranteed Results

Player development depends on many factors outside the control of Next Touch Soccer, including effort, consistency, ability, experience, team environment, competition level, coaching decisions, and personal circumstances.

Next Touch Soccer does not guarantee:

• Improvement within a specific period
• Increased playing time
• A starting position
• Team selection
• College recruitment
• Scholarship offers
• Professional opportunities
• Specific match statistics
• Acceptance into a club, academy, school, or team
• Any particular athletic outcome

Testimonials, reviews, examples, and player success stories represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.

6. Virtual Sessions With Minors

A parent or legal guardian must approve all virtual sessions involving a minor.

For players under 13, the parent or guardian must:

• Schedule the session
• Receive the meeting link
• Be present at the beginning of the session
• Remain reasonably available during the session
• Manage direct communications with Next Touch Soccer

Next Touch Soccer may also require parental involvement for older minors when reasonably appropriate.

Virtual sessions must occur in a professional and appropriate setting. Participants may not display inappropriate material or engage in offensive, threatening, discriminatory, sexual, or disruptive conduct.

Next Touch Soccer may immediately end a session or suspend an account when inappropriate conduct occurs.

7. Video and Film Submissions

Players or parents may submit game footage, training videos, photographs, statistics, written information, or other content for coaching and analysis.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it
• You have permission from the player shown in the content
• A parent or guardian has approved the submission when the player is a minor
• The submission does not violate another person's privacy, copyright, or other rights
• You have obtained any necessary permission from the team, club, school, league, videographer, or event organizer
• The content does not contain unlawful or inappropriate material

You give Next Touch Soccer limited permission to access, store, reproduce, annotate, and review the submitted content for the purpose of providing the requested services, maintaining the account, handling support requests, preventing misuse, and complying with legal obligations.

Submitting content for coaching does not give Next Touch Soccer permission to publicly post it for advertising or social media.

Separate written permission is required before identifiable player content may be used publicly for marketing.

8. Content Retention and Deletion

Next Touch Soccer may store submitted videos, evaluations, account information, communications, and coaching records for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide services
• Maintain account history
• Process payments
• Respond to support requests
• Prevent fraud or misuse
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes

You may request deletion of eligible account information or submitted content by contacting nexttouchsoccer26@gmail.com.

Some information may be retained when reasonably required for legal, payment, security, backup, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

9. Accounts and Account Security

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account, purchasing services, booking sessions, or submitting player information.

You are responsible for:

• Protecting your login credentials
• Keeping your email address current
• Preventing unauthorized access to your account
• Monitoring account activity
• Ensuring that minors do not use the account without authorization

You must contact Next Touch Soccer promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Next Touch Soccer is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your login credentials, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Prices and Payments

Prices will be displayed on the website or communicated before purchase.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider. Next Touch Soccer does not directly store complete payment-card information.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Payment is required before services begin
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars
• Customers are responsible for applicable taxes
• Packages may not be shared or transferred without permission
• Discounts may not be combined
• Promotional offers may have separate conditions

Next Touch Soccer may change future prices at any time. Price changes will not alter a purchase that has already been completed.

11. Live Call Scheduling and Rescheduling

How often a live call is included depends on your subscription: Foundation does not include a regularly scheduled live call (digital check-ins only), Film & Development includes one 20-30 minute call per month, and Pathway includes one 20-30 minute call every week.

Because the service is a subscription rather than a set of individually banked sessions, your plan provides ongoing access to the services included during each billing period — it is not a fixed number of physical sessions that expire or roll over.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours of notice to reschedule a planned call. Calls canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours of notice are normally considered used for that billing period, except for emergencies or circumstances approved by Next Touch Soccer.

If Next Touch Soccer must cancel a call, it will always be rescheduled and will never count against the client. Repeated missed calls may require adjusting the scheduling arrangement going forward.

12. Refund Policy

Because Next Touch Soccer provides digital coaching, customized training plans, film analysis, and reserved coaching availability, completed services and delivered digital materials are generally nonrefundable.

Exceptions may apply for:

• Duplicate charges
• Accidental billing errors
• A service that was purchased but no coaching work has begun
• A service Next Touch Soccer is unable to provide
• A technical problem that prevents delivery and cannot reasonably be corrected

For a client's first subscription purchase, a refund request may be submitted within 48 hours of the first charge, provided Next Touch Soccer has not yet reviewed film, created a personalized training plan, conducted a call, or delivered customized coaching materials. Once personalized work begins, that purchase becomes nonrefundable.

Refund requests are reviewed fairly and individually. Approval is not guaranteed once personalized coaching work has begun.

13. Technical Problems

The client is responsible for having:

• A working internet connection
• A compatible device
• A functioning camera and microphone when required
• Access to the agreed video-conferencing platform
• The ability to open submitted or delivered files

When a significant portion of a virtual session cannot be completed because of a technical problem controlled by Next Touch Soccer, the session may be rescheduled or credited.

Next Touch Soccer is not required to refund or replace a session when the problem results from the client's internet connection, device, software, account access, or failure to attend.

14. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

When a coaching plan includes recurring billing, the billing frequency, price, and included services will be disclosed before purchase.

By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method on file until the subscription is canceled.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents the next recurring charge, and access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period. Partial-month credits are not normally provided. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.

Any minimum commitment period will be disclosed before purchase.

15. Communication Standards

Next Touch Soccer may communicate through:

• Email
• Text message
• Phone call
• Video call
• Website messaging
• Social media direct message
• Another agreed communication platform

All communications must remain respectful, appropriate, and related to coaching or business administration.

Next Touch Soccer may suspend or terminate access for:

• Harassment
• Threats
• Discrimination
• Inappropriate or sexual communication
• Fraud
• Chargeback abuse
• Repeated nonpayment
• Impersonation
• Unauthorized account access
• Misuse of player content
• Attempts to contact minors inappropriately
• Violations of these Terms

16. Session Recording

Clients may not record virtual sessions without prior permission from Next Touch Soccer.

Next Touch Soccer will not record a virtual session involving a minor without the knowledge and consent of the parent or legal guardian.

When recording is approved, the permitted purpose and use of the recording should be stated before the recording begins.

17. Intellectual Property

The Next Touch Soccer name, logo, website, coaching materials, written evaluations, graphics, videos, drill libraries, training plans, and original content belong to Next Touch Soccer or their respective owners.

Purchasing a service gives the client a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and noncommercial right to use the delivered materials for the participating player's development.

Clients may not:

• Resell coaching materials
• Publicly distribute paid materials
• Upload paid content to social media or another website
• Share account access
• Remove branding or copyright notices
• Record and sell virtual sessions
• Present Next Touch Soccer materials as their own
• Use the materials to create a competing coaching product
• Copy materials for use by an entire team, club, or business without permission

18. Testimonials and Marketing Permission

Next Touch Soccer will not knowingly use an identifiable minor's name, image, video, testimonial, or performance information for public marketing without separate permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Marketing permission is optional and is not required to purchase or receive services. During signup, you may choose no marketing use, anonymous use only, use with first name and age, or full approved use. This choice is never preselected.

A parent or guardian may withdraw permission for future marketing use by contacting nexttouchsoccer26@gmail.com.

Withdrawal may not require removal of material already lawfully printed, published, or incorporated into completed content.

19. Third-Party Services

The website may use third-party providers, including:

• Stripe for payments
• Supabase for accounts, databases, and file storage
• Vercel for website hosting
• Resend or another provider for email delivery
• Video-conferencing services
• Scheduling platforms
• Website analytics services

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Next Touch Soccer is not responsible for third-party outages, platform changes, independent security incidents, or conduct outside its reasonable control, except where responsibility is required by law.

20. Website Availability

Next Touch Soccer does not guarantee that the website or services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

Maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, third-party platform failures, updates, or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

Next Touch Soccer may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue website features at any time.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Next Touch Soccer does not guarantee that:

• The website will always operate without interruption
• Every technical issue will be corrected immediately
• Submitted files will always be compatible
• Digital information will never be lost
• Coaching advice will produce a particular result
• Every service will be suitable for every player
• Third-party platforms will always remain available

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Touch Soccer and Cameron Garcia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages connected to the website or online services.

Except where prohibited by law, the maximum total liability of Next Touch Soccer for a claim relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Touch Soccer and Cameron Garcia from claims, losses, damages, expenses, and costs arising from:

• Content you submit
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights
• Unauthorized use of an account
• Your failure to obtain permission to submit player footage
• Fraudulent or unlawful conduct
• Misuse or redistribution of coaching materials

This section does not require indemnification where it would be prohibited by law.

24. Suspension and Termination

Next Touch Soccer may suspend or terminate an account when a user:

• Violates these Terms
• Fails to pay
• Misuses the website
• Engages in inappropriate communication
• Submits unlawful material
• Creates a privacy or safeguarding concern
• Attempts fraud or unauthorized access
• Harms another client or the reputation of the service

Outstanding payment obligations and provisions concerning privacy, intellectual property, disputes, liability, and submitted content may continue after termination.

25. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute through written communication.

Unless prohibited by law, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the services must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Nothing in this section prevents an eligible claim from being brought in small-claims court or limits a legal right that cannot be waived.

26. Electronic Acceptance

By checking a box, typing your name, creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise electronically accepting these Terms, you confirm that you intend to agree to them electronically.

For a minor player, the person accepting must be the player's parent or legal guardian.

Next Touch Soccer may keep electronic records showing the date, time, account, and method through which acceptance occurred.

27. Changes to These Terms

Next Touch Soccer may update these Terms when its business, website, services, payment systems, or legal responsibilities change.

The revised version will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website or email.

Continued use of the services after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

28. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable payment terms, and any written service or subscription agreement form the complete agreement between the client and Next Touch Soccer regarding the services.
