Information we collect

When you create an account, submit game film, book a session, or contact us, we collect information such as: player name, parent or guardian name and contact information, date of birth, email, phone number, position, team, and any game film, video links, or notes you submit for coaching purposes.

Children's information

This service is used by minors under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Account creation requires parent or guardian consent, and a parent or guardian may access their player's account and communications at any time. We do not knowingly collect information from a child without that consent.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to deliver coaching services: reviewing submitted film, providing feedback and drills, scheduling sessions, processing payments, and communicating with you about your account.

How submitted video is handled

Uploaded game film is stored in a private, access-controlled location. Access is limited to the submitting player, their linked parent/guardian, Cameron, and the essential technical service providers we use to store and deliver the footage (our hosting and storage providers may technically process it as part of running that infrastructure, but it is never made public or used for marketing without your separate permission). Our server-side access controls are built so one client cannot view another client's footage.

Submitted footage may remain available for up to 30 days after a subscription ends so you can download or review completed feedback. It may then be permanently deleted, unless a longer period is legally required or separately authorized.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or other sensitive payment details on our own servers.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account and associated film/feedback, or ask questions about how your information is used by contacting us at nexttouchsoccer26@gmail.com.
